Creating a custom IDX Broker real estate website for a new client in New Hampshires Lakes Region. Their existing website was a template based graphic designed web site that did not automatically feed their IDX properties directly to the site making them input each new listing and update as it happens. With the WGC Real Estate system the site includes an Integrated IDX for embedded listings directly into the page text for enhanced search engine optimization. Plus they no longer need to worry about updating and keeping their website fresh.

Example Project Stages To Launch:
Stage 1: Initial Design Draft & Layout Mock Up
Project starts with a face to face meeting or fill out our Website Setup Work Sheet. With input of colors, styles, required pages and the type of project we developing a minimum of 5 different layouts and color schemes for the client to pick from. submitted 2-3 more homepage variations to the client to nail down all remaining specifics to the site.

Stage 2: Creation of Fully Working Demo Site
With a layout picked out we create a fully working demo website with all of the features you wanted. Building & importing the content into your website. Then we thoroughly tested all of the pages along with adding tags for optimal search engine optimization. During this stage of the project we include the major features you want including an IDX system, Ecommerce storefront or any feature you require.

Stage 3: Launch LIVE Site & SEO
The 3rd stage includes launching the site and creating a site map of all the pages in your new website and submitted the site to all of the major search engines to indexing in their results. We submitted your website to Google, Yahoo, Ask, Dmoz, Bing and many others. If your site is a real estate website or ecommerce website your site could include as many as 50K+ pages. Plus we make the content of the site is available for updating 24-7 by the client via our Content Management Software.

Stage 4: Ongoing Updates & Support
After your website is launched most sites take 3-4 weeks to get fully listed into most search engines, during this process its a great time to increase your sites popularity and add reciprocal links.
